9/4/2007 10:53:21 PM: Trouble Accessing ERes? If you are having trouble signing into your course page, please check the following:
1.) Passwords are case sensitive. Make sure you are entering the password exactly as indicated by your instructor.
2.) Your browser must be set to accept cookies in order to access your ERes course pages. To do this in Internet Explorer 6:
Go to the Tools menu, then select Internet Options. Choose the Privacy tab.
Choose Advanced.
Check "Override Automatic Cookie Handling", and then choose to accept both First-Party and Third-Party Cookies.
Click OK, then OK again.
You may need to refresh the ERes page, but after making this change, the system should accept the password.
(Note that you can change the cookie settings back to whatever you want after you're finished working with the ERes site, but that your browser must be set to accept cookies while you're using ERes.)
